2021 Wrap-Up

,​Another year done and dusted for the Hawks Junior Touch Football Program.
 
The huge wet monsoon that embraced the North Coast town of Port Macquarie during February didn’t allow for the Junior State Cup Touch Football Titles to be completed with only one day of the tournament possible.
 
It is fair to say that all twelve Hawks teams participating had played well on day one of the tournament and were building nicely for the weekend until the rain and conditions of the field halted our progress.
 
Whilst disappointing for all of our players, parents, officials and coaches, this weekend is much more than touch football. Our Club works hard on building character, comradery and lifelong friendships and we felt that even in difficult conditions, these objectives were achieved.
 
A huge thank you to all of our coaches who provide the platform for the players to improve and for all of their time and effort,
 
Special thank you to all of our sponsors for their continued support of our rep program. As you can see from the attached photos, we are the best dressed Club at the State Titles!!
 
We look forward to continuing our hard work and providing a clear pathway for boys and girls in our district to play Touch Football with Ryde Eastwood Hawks.
