2020/21 Ryde Eastwood Hawks Coaching Structure and Applications for Roles

Ryde Eastwood Hawks are pleased to announce the following coaching structure to oversee all areas of coaching and development providing a clearly defined pathway for our players:

Barry Gibson - Director of Coaching
Pat Batiste - Coaching Co-ordinator
Liam Liston - Pathways Manager (Junior to Senior)
Anthony Dudeck – Scorpions Liaison

This experienced group will work together to develop best practice and implement programs into all Ryde Eastwood Hawks Representative Teams from Premier League right through to u/8s. The Hawks Rep Committee is thrilled to have such an experienced senior coaching structure overseeing the future direction for our Club.

This group will devise a plan for the overall coaching structure and all coaching appointments. They will also oversee the education of all coaches, the Hawks High Performance Program, the Hawks Elite Winter Program and the Hawks School Holidays Gala Day. The senior coaches will work in conjunction with our appointed coaches to improve the development of all players within our Hawks Rep Program.

We are now seeking applications for Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches across the full representative program, which encompasses:

Men’s Premier League
Men’s First Division
Women’s Opens
Boys Youth
Girls Youth

Senior State Cup - 2020
Men’s Premier League
Men’s First Division
Men’s 40s
Women’s Opens
Mixed Opens
Boys 20s
Girls 20s

Junior State Cup – 2021
Boys 18s
Girls 18s
Boys 16s
Girls 16s
Boys 14s
Girls 14s
Boys 12s
Girls 12s
Boys 10s
Girls 10s
Boys 8s
Girls 8s

Please note that if a development squad is identified for any age, we will make these appointments after the open trial process based on numbers.
Applications are now open and should be submitted by April 24, 2020.

Indicate the team/s you wish to apply for (clarifying which Program – e.g. Vawdon, SSC or JSC)
Current coaching certificate / accreditation is required
If you are new to the Club, please provide a short summary detailing prior relevant coaching experience
Working with children clearance number (if the squad is comprised of players under 18)
