hugo haddin - male player of the month - may 2022

​When anyone watches Hugo play, there is a common message heard around Morrison Bay ‘this kid is quick’!
 
A player who has speed to burn is invaluable to any touch football team and Hugo is one of those players. The youngest of three siblings, Hugo has made his own mark after only one year at the Hawks. Strong blood lines with both of his parents representing Australia in their chosen sports, Hugo is certainly a player to watch.
 
Whilst the recent JSC was washed out, Hugo was quietly learning his craft under the guidance of experience mentor Pat Batiste. Pat was quoted as saying “This kid has all the attributes to make it in touch. He’s quick, smart and a great team player. He wants to learn, he listens and he responds…. I can’t wait to see Hugo at JSC next season.”
